What services are covered under Medicaid?
Services covered under Medicaid are on a case by case basis worked out with your Medicaid case manager. Services may include: Skilled Nursing care on a long term basis. Skilled nursing includes services and care that can only be performed safely and effectively by a licensed nurse such as medication management. Home Health Aide on a long term basis. Home Health Aide services include assistance with personal care such as bathing, transfers, or dressing. Homemaking/Personal Care on a long-term basis. This includes housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, limited assist with bathing and dressing.
